Is it just a day of the week? Or is it something more... an experience of a lifetime, something that society must face before going on it's way. We all rise on this day, some of us to goto work, others to run errands, yet others just because it's another day in the week. Or is it something more?
Perhaps Mondays were installed into the calender to counteract the Friday patch that was installed in the early Beta testing of the week? Or could it have been that the weekends were too much of a coagulation of freedom that Mondays were stuck in there to bind you back down into the world of laws and regulations?
Monday is singularly the most confusing and the most enlightening day of the week.
Monday is inner wisdom
Monday is understanding of the world about us
Monday is reason in the madness
Monday brings with it a promise of knowing what the hell you did yesterday, and the threat that tomorrow everything will be different once again. A stoic reminder that the world is spinning at a
There is poetry in despair.
And the angels sing our bitter elegies for us
As we cry out unto the heavens, seeking grace.
Fall with me, just like we always have.
Come away, into this world of blue and gray
Where there will be no angels to sing
Just these stark words resonating through your heart.
Let us begin, like new.
and step forth into this world.
So as we may see through eyes un
KillerThy mind is a dark and lonely place.
Filled with nothing but leather and lace.
Stitches seeing to a well mended heart.
I'm finally off to a fresh start.
Let today begin with nothing but a smile.
As I'm forced to walk ten mile.
My crazy is just beginning.
I've already begun singing!
"Oh glorious day!
You don't say!
OH EM EF GEE!
Do you not see!?
IT'S TIME FOR ALL YOU MUTHA FUCKAS TO DIE!!!"
My heartbeat races.
Who'll be the first to drop.
I will never stop.
Shots ring out.
I hear someone shout.
"HELP ME! HELP ME!
We must all flee!"
Maniacal cackling I do emit.
Sadly, I must admit.
All this mindless slaughter
fills me to the brim with laughter!
Last_StandThe Last Stand of a Sad Little Man
Oh Lord, Save Me!!!!
Down upon my very knees,
I scream unto you for salvation.
Yet, even now, I hear not a whisper from the Heavens.
'Lo I heard the sounds of hooves pass,
A voice cried out unto me, as it were, the noise of thunder,
One of the four beasts saying,
"Come and See"
And I saw, and beheld, a white horse.
And the beast turned unto me and quoteth,
"Go forth my child, and unto all the nations bring thy message."
And forth I fled unto the nations of the world
seeking confinement and solace and hope where there was none.
Forward I rode, laying witness to the sins of man and beast alike.
Angels followed, laying witness also unto the destruction brought on.
I wandered on till I reached the end of the known world,
casting a forlorn gaze back at the path I had taken.
All that lay behind me was destruction and ruin.
All that remained ahead was new found land.
I rode forward into the shapeless night.
